Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

Rebecca and Pete are absolute amazing hosts. The house is perfect with everything you need, lots of private outdoor area, huge deck and a hot tub. Very kid friendly with a sandpit, trampoline and toys. We felt like home!

What a beautiful home in a unique location. Our three generations gathered from three countries for a lovely 5 days together in Christchurch. The views from all levels of this home are over the top. With high end cookware, two dishwashers and (my personal favorite and usual airbnb pet peeve) sharp knives, we grilled and gathered for “dinners in” every night instead of going out. Great access to governors bay pier and coffee/pizza just a short walk away. Loved this place so much and would return in a heartbeat.

The Bond estate is a beautiful property grey for family groups with an excellent playground, great heated pool and spa, and plenty of space for everyone.

Sharon is an incredible host. She made us feel like apart of her family. The home was warm, spacious and equipt with everything we might need as a large family. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are prestine, and there is plenty of space inside and out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time, and when we are back in Rolleston we will be booking again. The townhouse is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the CBD and a 5-minute drive to the supermarket. It's a very quiet and peaceful spot. The desk with an extra screen was super handy for working remotely. Parking is relatively easy. During peak hours, you might need to park a block or two away, but it’s never more than a 10-minute walk back, and there are always free spots available. Neel was consistently proactive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at 6 different locations around Canterbury in the last year. This one was the best so far - great place to stay, warm and beautifully decorated. Amazing view with great hosts. Cheers Tony and Justine

Great house, very private, nicely furnished, comfortable. Great kitchen facilities, washing machine, Lovely location, great walks to cafes and restaurants. Supermarket close by via car. Spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive.

Our family of 5, all adults, stayed at Steven & Amanda's place for 6 nights, and we loved it! Very comfortable and clean, lots of amenities, some super-clear instructions on how things work in the house, and easily contactable hosts. We will definitely re-book Steven & Amanda's home if we come back to Christchurch. Thank you both!

Yvonne was an amazing host! We were kindly offered early check in and late check out! The house is stunningly decorated/renovated. The views are awesome. As I was travelling for work I really appreciated having a dual screen setup I could plug into with a wireless mouse and keyboard with a docking station. Smart TV meant we could watch our usual shows. The two heat pumps did a great job of keeping us warm on a miserable day, and the wall heaters in the bedrooms took the edge off any cold night temps. I’d highly recommend anyone stay here - be it for work or family time, it’s well kitted out for both!

We stayed for 3 nights at Karina’s Airbnb and loved our stay. The home was perfect for us, as we were traveling with a 1-year-old — it was completely kid-friendly, with lots of toys, a big bathtub, and plenty of space indoors and outdoors for little ones to move around! The added bonus was a ride-in push bike, which was a real hit. There was a highchair and cot provided, and two playgrounds nearby — both easy walking distance and perfect for keeping our little one busy. The house was well appointed, with two large lounges. We only used one, as there was plenty of space for three adults and a toddler in the main room. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare dinner each night, and the huge dining table was super handy. The bedrooms had comfy beds and nice linens, and the bathrooms were spacious with good showers. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this place to any families traveling with kids — it is a great setup for little ones!

Lovely comfortable compact property. Very clean and tidy. Convenient for shops, city centre, Linwood Pool and to beaches at New Brighton and Sumner. Off road garage parking very useful. Pond was very responsive and sent clear check in and check out instructions. Woukd definitely book again on future visits.

What a find! This was the perfect spot for our team to come together. The space was comfortable, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a productive and inspiring couple of days workshops. The stunning surroundings were tranquil and really set the scene, which made it even better. Thank you for providing such a welcoming environment — we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our team. Would absolutely recommend!

There were three of us staying for three nights. Wish we would have stayed longer. This is a fabulous house, full stop. If it's available for the days that work for your travel schedule, do yourself a favor and book it. The views are great from the decks, and it's such a peaceful place. It's an easy drive into Christchurch and convenient for exploring nearby areas like Sumner and Akaroa. The house was new, large, tastefully decorated, and super clean. Communications with Viv were excellent and replies were prompt. Check-in and check-out were super easy too. This house is a 10/10.

It’s a cute and modern two-story townhouse. We were surprised by the extra space in the garage that’s next door to the living room and carpeted - so our kids could play there, too. Everything was clean & tidy. The hosts were super responsive. Beds comfy and well designed. We picked this apartment because of the workdesk in one of the bedrooms. One of us worked, the other could spend time with the kids without noise disturbance. The neighborhood is rather boring, but we reached everything via buses.

We really enjoyed our little family holiday in this lovely home! The house and view exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jess’s place. She was very proactive, friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Loved the way how she has decorated the house. Every corner was a depiction of her creativity. Definitely recommend her stay if you’re planning to stay in that area. 10/10

Mayie, Judi and Karen were very attentive hosts. When we had any questions, they were answered promptly. We enjoyed our stay at the house, which was as described in the listing. The house has a lovely, airy feel to it and it was great for our long-term stay. No complaints here.
