Each has a log burning stove, a 2 ring gas burner, a sink with basic cold water supply and a gas fridge. There is a table with 4 chairs, a dresser and a sofa. The main bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. Spectacular walks around the lakes, childrens indoor (open weekends) and outdoor play area , on a stunning farm. THE THOLTANS ARE OFF GRID WITH NO ELECTRICITY OR WIFI.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
