It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Please note the cottage is at the back of the property, facing the rear of the main house which is tenanted.
