Monthly Rentals in Mount Coolum

It was a pleasure to stay at Linda's, I stayed for 4 x weeks and Linda was so accommodating and never made me feel like it wasn't my safe space to stay, I would highly recommend her place to stay.

Great stay♪ Surrounded by There is a mountain walking distance from the house, Mount Coolum and the famous Noosa Heads as a surfing spot, making it easy to get there!Very quiet place.

I was looking for a last minute getaway with my partner and had just downloaded airbnb. I had no reviews on my profile and didn’t expect much as we had no reviews. I had tried booking this but monique had explained because we had no reviews as guests she was hesitant. as soon as i explained why she took us on board because she’s able to give us the reviews we needed for future trips. For that we already knew no matter how bad the place was, monique herself was getting a 5 star for being a great host. But upon walking into the place i felt straight at home. It was beautiful, from the amazing balcony view to the cleanliness of the place everything was perfect. it was exactly the getaway my partner and i needed. The shower is great with great water pressure, the kitchen is good and easy to work with, the bed was comfortable and i had a great sleep in it. overall, i would definitely come back here again. it was a great stay and it’s definitely in a great area. keep up the good work!!!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and there is a beautiful walk up Mt Coolum near by. 500m to the local shops, 15-20 minute drive to Shopping mall. Parking is easy enough on the street. The pool was great and suited us well considering the beach nearby was still recovering from the recent weather events. Coffee machine was again an added bonus! This was our second time staying in about 2 years and we can see the place needs a little TLC and maintenance. Some wear and tear to furniture which Jayde let us know about prior to our stay. However, we noticed a few spots of cleanliness and worn down parts that could do with some attention also. We learnt from last time that the aircon was really noisy and this time it was still the same so we braved the extreme humidity and heat while choosing not to use it. We would consider staying again if we are in the area.
