Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. No cell phone service so you can really disconnect. Go for a hike, or snowshoe just outside the door. If you feel adventurous take a drive to the wineries minutes away, or up to Apex ski hill 21 km away. If you are visiting during winter months, good winter tires are recommended. Are driveway is plowed and sanded. Sleep peacefully among the treetops in this private suite 20 minutes from Penticton BC, the city of beaches.

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.

Bear's Den at Mount Baldy Ski Resort

Welcome to The Bear's Den on Mt Baldy. Our cozy Ski Chalet boasts 1,750 square feet, over three floors with, 20ft ceilings. The chalet is one of only a few cabins with a wood burning fireplace. There is a large foyer for storing winter gear. The chalet is all yours to enjoy and sleeps max 8 people. There is no grocery store on Mt Baldy so please bring everything you need. Enjoy!

Just a minute walk from the beach at Skaha Lake, a 10-minute stroll to Tickleberry's and a 30-minute drive to the Kettle Valley trailhead, this is a perfect launching point for exploring the Okanagan Valley. Don't feel like adventuring out? Take advantage of the shared outdoor common space and grilling area or hang out on your private porch and soak up the sun with a bottle of wine.
