Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cocoon in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). Closed and enclosed parking in the garage or in the large private driveway.

You will have a loft and two bedrooms on the first floor, fully equipped, linens provided... Warning: 3 large, very nice dogs live freely on the property and are well trained. We accept pets on the condition that they are always under the supervision of their owner and do not climb on beds or armchairs.

The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.

Lots of peace and quiet. Please note: the nearest shops are 2 km away. Many activities nearby: museum tours, vineyards, gardens, walks, canoeing, thermal baths, casino, etc.
