Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. A breakfast basket can be ordered and dropped in for the morning at an additional cost. Please let us know before arrival if you would like details.

Located on the main street, the apartment is located on the 3rd (and top) floor without elevator access of a stone building and 200 m from the city center. Big market on Wednesday mornings. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.
