It has a separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, an equipped kitchen with sitting area (approximately 12 m2), a bedroom with a 160 double bed, office area and an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation is comfortable and bright. It overlooks a large garden and vegetable garden. It belongs to the peace of a village while being close to urban life.
