Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: pool, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics, etc. The island is also home to a garden-forest which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. If you wish, end of stay cleaning for €40 if you wish.

Independent riverside studio in the heart of the charming village of Mouthiers sur Boëme 15min from the center of Angouleme. The accommodation and access are completely self-contained, private terrace and common garden. Canoeing available (free, upon request). The studio has a large 160 cm bed, a kitchen and dining area (stovetop, Airfryer, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and toaster) and a large connected TV Linens and towels are provided.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.
