The cabin is located on the mainland just 1 hour drive from Mo i Rana and 3 min from the ferry and speedboat dock that takes you out to the islands. Immediate proximity to the beach where there are opportunities for kiting, paddling, diving, etc. In addition, there are beautiful hiking areas and mountains in all directions. The cabin was built in 2023.

The cabin was completed in August 2021 and is very modernly furnished with everything you need. The view of World Heritage Vega and the sunsets in the sea is unbeatable. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. A perfect place for anyone who loves exploring the Norwegian nature, or simply wants to look at it while lounging on the couch. The river that runs right beside the cabin is perfect for canoeing. And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

The house has private beach, a boathouse and a stone bridge protruding 8 meters into the river. The river itself opens for Salmon and Sea trout fishing between jun - aug. The place is located in the historical part of Brønnøysund and the house is over 100 years old. About 300 m to the shopping center and 50 m to the sea. The apartment is located in parts of the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has 120cm bed and bedroom 2 has 150cm bed. The apartment has a living room that there is also an opportunity to lie in and a big bathroom. Small kitchen is shared by hosts and guests. The host lives upstairs.
