First floor is 70sm, contains of common area with dinning corner,modern and fully equipped kitchen. Sunny coffee gazebo and sunny balcony. Both suitable for enjoining summer Icelandic sun. Second floor contains of two south oriented bedrooms with nice view of the neighborhood and one big comforted bathroom with tub and a shower. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everythink you might need for your stay. The apartment is located on a farm 7 km from Borgarnes and 80 km from Reykjavik. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.
