Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Welcome to my new apartment! It's situated in the area called Úlfarsárdalur in Reykjavik, just 15 minutes from the city center by car. Bus station is right in front of the building. The neighborhood boasts tranquility and proximity to nature, with the Úlfarsfell hill just outside offering a scenic walk with views overlooking Reykjavik. Additionally, the nearby Dalslaug swimming pool is within a leisurely 10-minute walk.
