We had a lovely stay. The apartment is located in a quiet area, there are several shops for shopping (within walking distance). Ayet is very welcoming and we received very clear and precise instructions for our arrival and departure. I recommend it!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. I think this room is very good overall.It is about 15 minutes walk from here to the C Line train station, and the living environment is quiet.The room is equipped with everything you need, and check-in and check-out are also very easy and convenient.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Olivier's apartment. Olivier was very helpful and easy to talk to. The apartment was incredibly clean and laid out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a very quiet part of town, very easy to get to sleep. The car parking was very secure, it did take some doing to get my car into the garage but it is possible to fit an Audi A6 Avant in. overall we had a brilliant time.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
