The Lake House was a great choice to stay! Everything went smooth from arrival till departure. We didn't have a single issue during our stay. The house was perfectly clean and very complete. It offered everything we needed. The view over the lake is fantastic and ease of access to the water for kayaking. We had a great time here, and would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at Kevin and Mina’s beautiful barn for 5 days. It was the perfect home base as we traveled through the neighboring towns on the Gilmore Girls trail. The house itself was specious, clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. It was great having the flexibility of enjoying the natural sunlight with the skylights open during the day and being able to sleep in a little with them closed overnight. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Mariana for allowing me to stay in your beautiful cottage. I needed to step away from my life for a few days and this was the perfect place. Quiet, private, just lovely interior. Decor is incredibly soothing, I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb or any rental that had thought of so many details. Anything you needed, anything you forgot to bring it was here. One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed, actually teared up in gratitude as I left which I’ve never done!! Thank you so much

Ina’s home, on 48 acres, is consistently highly rated, as it should be. It’s a perfect retreat for 2-3 people, secluded, but only a short drive to Litchfield. Ina kindly met us to give a 10 min tour of the property. Although not huge, the house is a congenial, inviting space, which was beautifully designed/built in the 50’s and sympathetically incorporates architectural components from a much earlier period. The setting, with several areas to sit out in, affords peace and spectacular sunsets. All said, this is a unique, magical space.
