Located on the ground floor of a typical Bisontin building, this comfortable studio - completely renovated in 2018 - offers a premium quality sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. In order to ensure a pleasant stay, the studio has all the amenities you could need in daily life (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, TV, bluetooth speaker, etc.). Double glazed wood window, dry inertia radiator. Its surface area is about 22 m2, perfect for a couple or lone traveler. This comfortable chalet is located on the heights of Besançon, on the edge of the Bregille wood. You are 20 minutes on foot from the city centre, 5 minutes by car). Very natural atmosphere, quiet in a functional accommodation renovated with heart. A parking space (free) is adjacent to the chalet. The chalet is very well insulated (phonic and thermal), it is very cool in summer (no need for air conditioning) and well heated in winter. Hiking trails and beautiful views are nearby.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's. The apartment is very well-equipped, comfortable, clean. The environment is quiet. Communication with Sophie was very easy. Sophie was available and proactive (thanks for the air conditioning this weekend in the heat).
