It is a 500-year-old building, it is an old wine press called "U FRAGNU", this building is a typical construction and entirely built with the stones of the village, it is in the middle of an old vineyard with its small stream that flows at its feet. You can enjoy its private covered terrace, its very sunny garden overlooking our beautiful mountains as well as its stone swimming pool from which flows its waterfall that will soothe you.

The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.

The chalet is located in a private area of about 1000 square meters, enclosed with sundeck, dining area, barbecue, aperitif area. You will be alone, 2 minutes' walk from the "Asco" river known for its many natural pools.
