Five miles from the Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. The spacious one bedroom yurt is located high on a forested hillside in the middle of 15+ acres. Come enjoy a natural and serene getaway with all the comforts of home- a full kitchen (ie, all utensils, setting for four), a bathroom with shower and laundry, a queen bedroom, and a queen foldout sofa in the living room by the wood burning stove. The windows roll up from the outside and have permanent screens inside. There is also a BBQ grill, a separate firepit, and WiFi via satellite.

This place was awesome the views are incredible and the privacy was like nowhere else. As long as you have 4wd and don’t mind some steps this is a perfect place for couples. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Kevin was even proactive in letting us know the power had went out before we got there and then immediately let us know it was back on. This place really is a hidden gem and you are within 15-30 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Norean’s Place “The Gramophone” was excellent. Everything was just as described. Easy to access door entrance, Beautiful scenery, very peaceful and comfortable. Everything was definitely perfect and exceeded my expectations. It’s deep in the woods in a community where you are away from your worries. The amenities were easy to access. And most importantly SHE IS AN EXCELLENT HOST! We will definitely rebook again in the future and I recommend this place to anyone.

Kelly’s place was amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We loved hanging out with all the animals , especially the pigs. The whole family was so welcoming and we loved to hear about the farm from them. If you get a chance get a meal on the farm, cooking was great and the cake was to die for. The farm is super close to Shenandoah and a great home base to do some hiking or exploring.

Great riverfront cabin! Waterfront was absolutely what I was looking for, with a good hot tub view. Great host and the house has all the amenities you need. Close to town and easy road access. Only down side was not having full privacy due to the house next door being occupied. Other than that it was amazing! 10/10 spot!

Pio- New cabin! Riverfront!

Lovely and new, farmhouse style cabin was a sweet place for a two day getaway. Very clean with very comfortable beds and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. The property is well stocked with lots of wood that is in a protected space and kept dry. While the river was running too high for us to be able to use the kayaks and go for a paddle, we would definitely come back again and take advantage of that amenity. The back porch has a roof with a ceiling fan, so we were still able to sit out there even when it was raining. Also enjoyed being able to sit down right along the river’s edge and enjoy the scenery.
