We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

Loved our stay in this incredible apartment! My worries about tourists noise was quickly squashed because the window insulation is amazing. I slept so well. What a unique and cool place to stay inside a walled city. The apartment is impeccably updated with every detail imaginable. Really well done compliments to the host! I would return again in an instant.

This apartment is in the heart of Perast on the water. It is in an older building. The best part was being able to sit on the balcony and watch all the goings on up and down the road. Perast is a lovely town, quaint with great restaurants and ice cream/gelato every 100 feet. It is a perfect apartment for three or more people with two bathrooms. We felt as if we lived there. Anita was extremely responsive and able to answer all questions asked especially as we were getting to know the apartment and town. She was also able to recommend a driver for us who was superb and we used him on three separate days. A truly enjoyable stay was had by all.

Very beautiful apartments with a great view. Great location if you want to be close to Kotor, but far enough away from the big tourist crowds. From the house you can go for a walk along the promenade. The owners have taken care of a travel guide and recommendations for what to do and where to eat. I definitely recommend the apartments.

A really beautiful apartment and fantastic hosts. Veselin and Mila were always available and extremely helpful in every sense. They made my partner's birthday extra special with a lovely surprise: honestly the best hosts you could wish for. A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

Absolutely amazing! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Lovely apartment, quality furniture, super clean and equipped with everything a family may need. Stunning view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to the beach and to Portonovi (restaurants, grocery store, and more). Very comfortable beds, fully equipped ( hair dryer, french press, drip coffee, you name it), beautifully decorated and furnished. The place is new and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the beach side, easy access to the ferry, and the stunning views from the balcony. There is designated parking. Thank you Sean for being super responsive!

The apartment itself is spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony. No photos can truly capture how stunning it is. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the swing or watching the rain roll in, the view is absolutely mesmerizing. The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

We stayed as a family of 4. It was a much better place than we expected. Especially the location was incredible. We would like to thank the owners of this apartment, who made us love Montenegro, where we came for the first time. It was well worth the price. We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.
