Completely restored and equipped, close to the A75, it is ideally located to find peace and quiet. 10 min from Issoire, 40 min from Clermont-Ferrand, 30 min from Saint-Flour. The village has 2 bakeries (one 300 meters from the house), a commercial area (bar-restaurant, butcher and supermarket) and a pharmacy. Looking forward to welcoming you!
