Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Morgantown

This was an absolute gem of a property! A well kept cozy farm house with picturesque views all around. A lovely welcome basket of treats was provided upon arrival! Incredibly priced for the size of the home as well as being very clean. Our favorite feature of the house was the wood burning fireplace- ending the evening around the fire was a perfect way to close out each day! 10/10 property.

Comfortable space for a weekend visit. Nice kitchen set up so meals can be cooked at 'home' and not have to go out to eat all the time. There was a small issue that the host took care of right away with an appropriate response and action. This is the place we always try to get when we are visiting the area.

Extremely hospitable very nice Home great for me and my guys for when we were in town for work. Will return again if I have the chance.

5 of us stayed here while in town for an event. The place was beautiful, the location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We wish we could have stayed longer. Bridgette was a gracious and responsive host. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing house (just as described)

Great place to stay for a night.

We always love this place. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay, so no review. Well, I got very sick as we arrived - went to emergency room in Ohio and admitted to Medina Hospital for 7 days. I'm on he mend and want to reschedule for later.

Wonderful and conformable 2 night staying for our family of six while attending an event at WVU. The home was spotless and well cared for. Appreciate the fresh fruit and the kids loved feeding the pigs.

This AirBnb was one of the cleanest, well decorated I’ve ever been. It had everything needed to complete the perfect stay. The master bed was extremely comfortable. I wish we had more time here to explore the beautiful grounds.

We had a great stay in Friendsville! The place was exactly as described. Super clean and so comfortable. Our hosts were helpful with things we forgot and also very welcoming and friendly. Wanda takes great care in making sure all the comforts of home are provided.

This was the best experience I’ve had with Airbnb. Location was perfect for what we needed. Loved the fact our keypad entries were obviously recoded for stay. Apartment was clean and bed was soft and amazing!

It was a cute little carriage house apartment. The jetted tub was nice, it had a coffee pot and blackout curtains. Though we didn’t use it, there were EV charging stations and worth noting. It’s about 5 miles from Oakland proper and 10 miles from the touristy part of Deep Creek, so close enough but far away enough. If you are looking for a place to get away with amazing views and to check out from the real world, this is the spot. Kam was responsive when we did message her. Definitely would recommend.

Overall great experience. Well stocked with essentials, even had a first aid kit that we needed bandaid!!! I appreciated the coffee being available as we forgot to check which type of coffee maker they had. The place was clean and easy to find and get in. While they talk about the noise from the coffee shop below, that wasn’t very bothersome. A minor detail we noticed a stain on one of the bedroom’s comforter.

I had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb! This is my second stay and Diana’s home is exceptionally clean. It’s beautifully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting near the river, it offered the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. The large deck was a highlight—spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with grills, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of biking or exploring. The property is a short ride into town off the GAP bike path, which made it incredibly easy to get out and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Despite its quiet location, it’s just a short walk to a fantastic coffee shop (don’t miss the scones at the Tissue Farm !) and several excellent restaurants. This place truly offers the best of both worlds—tranquility and accessibility. I highly recommend it and would gladly return!

what a great weekend. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the furry welcome committee (he stayed inside while we walked around the side to the entrance). Everything was very homey and welcoming. Cathy even provided an HDMI cable when I carelessly forgot mine to plug in one of my devices. The space was clean, quiet, and we will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in Morgantown!

A perfect weekend getaway. Thomas has so many quaint shops, cozy coffee spots, and friendly people. Live music at the purple fiddle is always a favorite (and great ice cream for the kids). The tip top coffee shop just downstairs has so many drink and snack options to enjoy there or take back to your flat. Great shops to browse both in Thomas and just down the road in Davis. AND close to great hiking spots. The Dandy is always our first pick! Artistic, moody, clean, the most comfortable bed, and every thing you need in your micro kitchen to keep you comfortable during your stay. Highly recommend this gem!

It was a great place for a weekend getaway. The pool and hot tub were within walking distance. We called and got shuttles in a timely manner. The host was very responsive. I’d highly recommend this rental!

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Tree Suites! Our favorite part was the ability to rent a movie and watch by the fireplace. Felt very cozy and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay!! My husband and I decided to take our 11 month baby for his first road trip and staying at Anthony’s home was no mistake!!! He made sure we were prepared for our stay! He called us to let us know there was a fireplace and stairs, we made sure to have a baby gate with us and they also provide a playpen. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and desserts!! Clean towels and bedding!! What more could you need ? We were in love !! So much to do around the area, even with our little one we were able to have a wonderful time !! Peaceful space and great for memories!! Would recommend to friends and family!! Looking forward to booking for winter!!

Home was clean comfy and very well stocked including coffee and creamer and bottled water. Did not get to enjoy the deck because of the weather. Elizabeth was exceptional to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location to go to Morgantown and surrounding parks. Having soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion available was very nice! It had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again. Thumbs up!!!
