We couldnt have asked for a better host and a beautiful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Jacee was always very responsive with anything i needed. I hìghly recommend the Bears Den.

This was our second time staying at PRR trying out a new cabin. Both times we have LOVED our stay. This time we explored the trails on the property and they were gorgeous. Some included some truly amazing waterfalls! The hosts provided lovely, clean, cozy rooms, a spacious and impressive bathroom (best camp bathroom EVER), as well as toiletry essentials that guests might have forgotten (toothbrush, shampoo, etc). A major bonus was us being able to bring our dog. Our stay was cut short due to inclement weather back home - the hosts were so accommodating and understanding and allowed us a refund on the days we couldn’t stay. In the short time between our first and second stay, we could see improvements they had made to the property including a second full sized bathroom and clearer signage for the ranch entrance and trailheads. Possum Ridge Ranch truly cares about their guests stay and providing a safe access to the great outdoors. We cannot wait to come back!

This was a great winter weekend getaway! The house was very clean and they had all the cooking supplies we needed. (They even have a crockpot and a griddle if you’re cooking for larger crowds.) Nick was very responsive to all our requests and they even had a Christmas tree and decorations out to add to the homey feel. If you’re looking for winter activities, the CoffeeTree Bookstore and WhimziWorks space in Morehead were fun to check out! They also had a small ice skating rink open for $3. And if you’re looking to stay closer to the house the dollar tree 4 minutes away had pretty much everything you need (except fresh fruits and veggies). We would definitely stay here again!!
