Vacation rentals with lake access in Morgan County

We had a lovely stay at Lindsay’s place, complete with helpful recommendations to neighborhood dining options, and perfectly equipped to enjoy a rainy day at home on the lake.

We had such a great time at our stay last year, we decided to come again for our family’s annual lake trip on Oconee. Everything was just as described. Casey was a great host. We’ll be coming back again next year!

Lots of room for a large group. Double decker dock right on the water was perfect for hanging out and swimming. Backyard was a little smaller than expected, but the house as a whole is fantastic. Make sure you bring groceries on your way down, there’s not many places close by.

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

A fantastic 5 star stay at this house! The hot tub was AMAZING, super clean & beautiful views. The main king bed is ridiculously comfortable with a great mattress, sheets & duvet especially cozy with the fireplace which was easy to light with the flip of a switch. We caught a huge catfish from the dock & enjoyed the recommendation to hike at the Effigy. We did 5 miles. We also ate at the Bistro on Lake Oconee which was delish. We plan to return in the summer! I really enjoyed staying at this place. It is so interesting and cool. The hostel has a musician area, gym area, and a nice big kitchen. Everyone was really friendly and cool to get to know. I would definitely stay again.

Great place for a getaway with friends and family. Beautiful views of the lake and lots of great local spots close by

We stayed here during Masters week 2025 and it’s the perfect location to do so. It’s about an hour and half from ANGC. Even if you don’t have tickets to the tournament, it’s a great spot to get away and have beautiful scenery around you while you watch on TV. There’s truly ample space for 16 people. Beautiful and clean home and surroundings!

We really enjoyed our visit. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and relax on the porch. The host was very attentive during our stay. If we ever want to get away to the lake again we would definitely book again.

The view was amazing and the cabin was fully renovated and furnished the way you would like. The mattress in the master was ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY. EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED TO A T. I only wish we could have had more time to stay. The only thing I can possibly say that needed improvement was the water pressure but that’s impossible to fix so I give it a 10 out of 10

Our stay at Humble Cove Cottage was fantastic! The home is beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. My husband and I decided to do a quiet and relaxing anniversary trip and it was just that! It was an amazing get away with many things to do that were perfect for spending time together. At first we were thinking- oh there is no tv. But that ended up being something that we thoroughly enjoyed! It was stocked with games, everything we needed to cook, and so many games. The hot tub was very clean and nice too. This was the best Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Also. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the host!

The house is quaint, located in a quiet neighborhood, and has many amenities both provided and natural that offer a relaxing trip away. Rachita was very responsive and the house had a nice looped driveway to aid in parking my truck and boat trailer. My kids, wife, and two small dogs loved the large, fenced-in yard and large boat dock. My 9 and 7 year old kids loved the small loft space and was setup perfect for kids to enjoy, it even had a small a/c unit to help keep it cool. The home is a little older but has been updated nicely, especially in the kitchen, and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
