Cabin vacation rentals in Morgan City

We had a wonderful week at Ida's place! It was immaculately clean, had all the amenities you can ask for, and you can't ask for better hosts. We were there for a week and time went by way to fast. There was plenty of room for us to park our boat, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Her communication was on point, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Ida and her husband were great to talk to and gave us plenty of tips about the area. Perfect place to have a nice relaxing vaca or access to plenty of fishing spots! We certainly plan on returning to her lovely airbnb!

Very nice cabin, all around very good

If you want to get away from the nose and distractions, this is the place. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset on the back porch and then swinging on the front porch after the sun went down. We even got to watch them harvest crawfish the next morning!

We so enjoyed Larry’s precious little cabin for two, located in such a serene Cajun country setting. There were several amazing restaurants nearby offering unique menus that you wouldn’t expect in a small community. The cabin interior was cozy with quality handcrafted details that made it so unique. It had all the amenities and more that visitors might need for a short stay. Outdoors included areas to relax, unwind, and enjoy the country solitude. Whether on the porch rockers or the dock overlooking the pond, watching and listening to the critters that inhabit the water was fun. Larry was a gracious host who communicated with us regularly and promptly responded to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return in the near future.

A magical retreat we’ll never forget❤️ What an unbelievable stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a hidden gem designed with love and care. The kids were all smiles—kayaking, fishing, kicking the soccer ball across the open yard, and playing cornhole under the cozy covered space beneath the cabin. One of the most peaceful moments was watching the wood ducks glide across the water at sunset, gently landing on their little house. Nature truly put on a show for us. Inside, the cabin was a dream—warm, inviting, and full of thoughtful touches. The sound of rain dancing on the tin roof was its own lullaby. The coffee bar was a delight each morning, and soaking in the garden tub with bath bombs felt like a mini spa day. Each room told a story, lovingly decorated with nods to local treasures—like the Tabasco Factory and Jungle Gardens on Avery Island, and Rip Van Winkle Gardens on Jefferson Island. It felt like the spirit of the region was wrapped into every detail

This was out second time staying here, cute as can be. In the area of alot of family. Perfect for our wedding weekend. Tomi was very sweet and had gone above and beyond. We plan to stay again in the future.

Serene little getaway with all the amenities. We appreciated the washer and dryer with provided laundry pods, fully equipped kitchen, indoor + outdoor fireplaces (+ wood provided), and perhaps the jacuzzi most of all! Gorgeous scenery and secluded road for a peaceful morning/ evening stroll. Couldn’t have loved it more!

We absolutely loved staying in the cabin. The location was a peaceful retreat that we was looking for. Carbos was delicious, and Fat Daddys has the best mufallata sandwich i have ever had. Highly recommend staying at this location

This place was amazing!! So peaceful siting outside on the deck and so many different areas to relax while at the house. There are so many amenities included to keep you busy. We enjoyed fishing off the deck while an alligator watched nearby! The neighborhood and surrounding area had so much to do. We ate so much good food and the people were all so friendly. We loved our stay here and would love to come back again, highly recommend!
