Refugio con patio íntimo. Fracc seguro con cochera

Un refugio pensado para el descanso. Silencioso y con un patio íntimo para respirar y relajarte. La casa cuenta con un pequeño recibidor compartido. Llegando a él, la puerta de la derecha y sus escalones conducen a tu espacio privado. Muy cerca de vías principales de la cd. con el Zoológico a pocos minutos. Además, el Fracc cuenta con extensas áreas verdes. Al tratarse de una casa dividida, es posible escuchar un poco de ruido provenientes de la planta alta durante las mañanas principalmente.

Relaxed, quiet and safe space with lots of vegetation, to enjoy with your family and pet. It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. Equipped with a kitchen with indoor dining and a breakfast area in the patio. And a very enjoyable backyard!
