I booked the place the same day and instructions were sent to me asap. Her place it's on the 2nd floor & yes, you go inside the ice cream shop that belongs to her but has it's own door. The Cathedral it's like 5-7 blocks & lots of shops from her place to the Cathedral. Parking Lot next to her place "Estacionamiento Publico Capuchinas" & cost for over night $150 pesos. SUPER safe area. NO need to drive, ALL walkable. Lots of traffic & streets all one way only BUT I love MORELIA. Marco Antonio Solis Hotel it's 23 minutes walking & Sunday Brunch. Leyendas de Morelia Fridays & Saturdays $200 pesos from 10pm they sell the tickets next to the Cathedral & Saturday night at 9p.m the firework . SHE'S an AMAZINGLY PERSON. She's like an old friend, She makes you fill at HOME. 1 room has a view to the "PARQUE Capuchinas" BIG rooms & COMFY Beds. NOT for older, disable or handicap, heavy set person. stairs needs railing. She's waiting on parts to be put on. LOVE it here

Had a wonderful stay during our chat visit to the beautiful city of Morelia. This property is in the perfect location, only a few steps from great restaurants, the main square and the cathedral. The property is pretty big and even though is in the city center, it was very easy to get quiet time, rest and privacy. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book again!

The accommodation in the Loft was really good, it matched the photos, and it's a very quiet area. There are several Oxxos/grocery stores/pharmacies very close by. Communication with Gabriel was excellent.

My stay was the best, the apartment is conveniently located and there is no noise from cars, there is a store nearby to buy the basics such as groceries, highly recommended.

Nice spacious apartment, location is 7 minutes away from a movie theater, shopping mall, and many places to eat. 10 min away from the Civic Center and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Morelia. The unit has its own parking garage, a very convenient feature. We liked the place and won't hesitate to stay here again.

I fell in love with this place. It is a very nice and comfortable place. The parking area is very secure and private. The bed is comfortable and the living room area is spacious. It has everything you could ask for and the price is very reasonable. Do check the location if you use the link on getting there as it sends you to another location. Other than that, it is a a really nice place, taken care of and with everything you could need while being away from home.

An excellent place to rest for those traveling with cars since the garage is very spacious. The bathroom a little tight for tall people. Very clean, tidy and with amenities for a morning coffee.

A very nice, pleasant and private place, self check-in and check-out, in-home entertainment included with Netflix and cable. The bathroom is very nice. Everything is excellent, just one comment, in the evening if you forget to open the windows the heat gets trapped.
