When we are on vacation, we want to get out of our daily routine and be able to see other places. My house is inserted in a rural space with several places of interest such as the PINCHO waterfall, THE MONASTERY OF S. JOÃO D'ARGA and the mountains, here you will find the peace you need with all the amenities, and if you want to get to know the area, there are several cities and towns nearby.

Bring the whole family and friends to this simply wonderful place with plenty of room to have fun and relax, with a choice of a fantastic indoor pool with direct access to the villa's garden area and large gardens with a small pond, and you can also stroll through the village in which it is located.

Our door is open and ready to welcome you all year round. The house is on the ground floor of a building with three units. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen with fridge, stove and other appliances. Both double bedrooms have direct access to the porch, waking up to the sounds of nature. We have a pool, a vegetable garden, several animals, and offer donkey rides for kids. For bigger groups, you can also book Épicos House and have the whole farm to yourselves.

Ideal for getaways with family and/or friends, as in addition to the entire house and outdoor areas, guests can also enjoy the padel court that gives the house its name, and the hot zone (jacuzzi, steam sauna and gym) - shared spaces. This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.
