Beachfront vacation rentals in Moray

We all loved our stay in Joanna’s cottage which is right near the traditional end of Sandend with the pretty harbour right in front, this which also makes it a very quiet setting. The cottage is very clean, beautifully furnished and has comfortable beds, a great shower and bath, and a well-equipped new kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the coastal walks from the door to the adjacent villages of Cullen and Portsoy and further to Portknockie and then along the coast between Crovie and Gardenstown. Joanna was very understanding and allowed a late checkout when I was unwell on our departure day, so all in all ten out of ten from us.

This is one of the best Airbnb stays I have had over the years. Sharon was just unbelievably kind and considerate as a host. From start to finish this was a smooth stay. As we were there over Christmas we didn’t get to visit a lot of places, but we took walks along the beach which was lovely, especially when the sun was starting to set. The home was furnished very well and had all the amenities that you would need. Despite us going over our checkout time (again apologies for this) Sharon and the team were so understanding and allowed us to move out our things and kept that kind spirit. In a way it might’ve been a plus as we got to meet her in person and she is just as lovely. Would truly recommend this home. And will definitely be booking this over summer at one point and for a longer stay, to really take in the house!!

The cottage is lovely and spacious, clean and cozy. Host is good to deal with and very responsive. Sandend is a great place, nice and quiet. The cottage is very convenient for the beach. It’s right next to a path to the beach which is great for walks or watching the surfing.

Beautiful, private and cosy cottage in a stunning location. Peaceful, and scenic! The wood burner was a bonus and was used every night. Clean, well maintained and well presented.

Had a lovely stay here with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I was already familiar with the area so knew that it would be a perfect base to go exploring locally - Lossiemouth beach and woods are a short walk away and then a little further afield there is Roseisle and Culbin. The caravan was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The board games were a nice touch for the evenings. Nice hot shower, comfortable beds and a good size lounge area - perfect!

Great getaway from it all. Lovely pristine caravan and caravan park near to Lossiemouth centre and the beach. Great location! Holly is a great host!

Otters Holt was an amazing place to start our vacation. Sue and Graham are fabulous hosts. Super friendly, responsive, and had great local suggestions for ways to spend our time there. They’ve taken the time to make sure that their home has all the small touches needed, so that you feel at home as well. The full kitchen allowed us to have family over for dinner on the coast, which was great. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, and close to the village for anything you may need. Watching the sunset from the back sitting area, and reading in the garden were my favorite activities. I am thankful they shared their home with us and would absolutely return!

Great location - and view from the kitchen and upstairs room - of Lossiemouth Harbour and beach. The apartment was really well kitted out and comfortable - we had a great stay!! Highly recommended!

Sarah was a fantastic host and really friendly. She kindly delivered new garden furniture which was really appreciated given the lovely weather. A great caravan with everything you need.

A beautifully kitted out caravan which was spotless throughout. Lots of local info, right on the beach. All information was sent in advance and any additional questions were answered quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back again next year!

A beautiful holiday home, with all amenties provided. A great & responsive host.

The flat was so comfortable, and the ornaments & artwork really made it feel like a home. Lynne had thoughtfully left essentials in the fridge, plus some treats, which was very kind. Being able to look out on the harbour and to sea was lovely. It's also scarily convenient for the Harbour Lights Cafe (scary if you're watching your weight!) All in all, a wonderful, relaxing stay. Highly recommend it.

A beautiful cottage which was very roomy and comfortable. The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard, yet retains the cottage feel. Sarah was a great host, providing lots of information about the local area, places to eat and made sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend Creel Cottage, which is just a short walk from the stunning Cullen beach!

Beautiful airy appartment, great location and close to all amenities. Was exactly as described and Judith was great with instructions before arrival and on the day. the welcome essential food pack was a great addition. We loved our time in Lossiemouth and I would have no hesitation in recomending Judith's appartment for a stay. We will be back.

The most perfect little place to stay, felt so modern and clean, isn’t anything I could think was missing it had everything we could possibly need. Host was amazing! We had a lovely few days at Carol's place. It us situated in a lovely spot with great views. The flat is fully equipped and spotlessly clean. We will definately return.

Sandend is one of my favourite places on earth. Ian's cottage is perfectly situated near the harbour. Its uncluttered and has modern appliances. It feels immensely comfortable. I will come back as often as possible. 😊

This is such a cosy, welcoming property and has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The glass fronted room overlooking the bay is pretty much perfect and you really don’t need to move from this spot! You can just pop your feet up with a drink or two and quite easily spend the day watching the sea birds and people passing by, whilst admiring the wonderful landscape all around you. It was also handy to have both restaurants and shops a short stroll away, this was so convenient and added to the overall feeling of ease and relaxation. Jude was a kind and responsive host who was quick to sort out the couple of minor issues I had with accessing the lock-box and heating. All in all a lovely experience and we hope to return one day.

Really delightful and very comfortable accommodation, thoughtfully presented in every way (e.g. local original art displayed), with an extremely generous welcome pack and every possible amenity provided for travellers to ensure they fully enjoy their visit. The BEST self-catering accommodation I’ve stayed in over 25 years - EXCEPTIONAL. Standouts: the VIEWS (the water, weather, wildlife incl. dolphins, birds); IMMACULATE house, outdoor spaces/facilities and garden, and facilities which are all PET FREE; excellent laundry/washing facilities; extra towels & blankets; fully appointed kitchen for cooks; very fast broadband for remote workers/multiple users; very comfortable beds and good showers; multiple, comfortable relaxing spaces; safe and very quiet area; we were immediately at ease; comprehensive and clear guest instructions. Note - a few multi-level steps for elderly guests to navigate.
