Bailies cottage is situated amongst the picturesque scenery of the Mayen estate , a beautiful tranquil place to stay within the Deveron Valley close to stunning beaches . Our stay was made special by our host Ross who was amazing and very thoughtful throughout ,with attention to detail, clear communication and his friendly manner at all times ….. what a gem , thank you!!! We will definitely be returning .

The place was great and Vicki was very accomodating to make 4 guys comfortable. Vicki is an excellent host, very welcoming and on hand to help (she even made us pizza dough) but didn't make us feel crowded. I would definitely go back

Elizabeth and David were the most accomodating and welcoming hosts we've stayed with. They take lots of pride (rightly so) in their beautiful patch of Scotland and it was very memorable to become a part of it for a very brief time. They were kind enough to invite us to join them for an evening with their friends and guests of their other Airbnb. We hope to come back to visit again soon!

A clean, well equipped and very cosy caravan- perfect for a short break. The van had everything we needed and the bike shed was a great asset to the property. The mattress on the double bed was quite uncomfortable but we put a spare duvet down, which helped. There is lots to do around the local area and our boys loved the Pump Track and Pizza takeaway at Anderson’s restaurant- both just across the road. Thanks for a lovely break!

Amazing cottage in a serene location with loads of options for walking trails & relaxing in the cottage and outdoors. Friendly host Simon was great and gave many good pointers on things to do. Great deal for price!

Traveled up from St Andrews for a beautiful weekend at the Kellas Estate. The house was beautiful and homey and was on a beautiful property. Being close to town made small trips easy. Vivienne was a wonderful host and was very quick to communicate for any queries. Overall a great stay and would love to stay again.

If AirBnb were making a tutorial on how to deliver the perfect guest experience, it should be modelled on our stay at the Lochan. The best equipped property we've stayed in, with absolutely everything thought of (we could have arrived with the clothes on our back). Carlo was super responsive and extremely helpful in ensuring our needs were catered for and we had enough logs! The Lochan is an idealic setting, with your own portion of the forest to sit back and unwind. It was the perfect place to unwind following a hectic week. The Lochan offers a really comfortable, spacious cabin completed to an extremely high standard, that allows you to unwind and take in Loch and all the creatures that present themselves (look out for the herons). The landscaping/layout mean total privacy, allowing you to feel like you're right at home, right in the middle or nature. Thankyou Carlo & Fiona, the trip reaffirmed why we love Scotland so much!

I stayed for 2 nights to explore Speyside and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was spacious, private, and well-equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay. Even though it’s attached to Sarah’s house, it feels completely separate with its own entrance. Most places I visited were within a 10–20 minute drive, including a big Tesco in Keith. Highlights included Ballindalloch Distillery – small, intimate, and rich in history – and the Speyside Cooperage, where you can watch casks being rebuilt in front of you. I also enjoyed driving past Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Aberlour. Near Aberlour Distillery, there's a great short walk to Linn Falls, with the scent of whisky in the air and new distillery buildings to spot. A perfect base for a Speyside trip – I’d definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our wedding and the staff made us feel welcome and went the extra mile to help us celebrate. It was really cosy inside and there really is a tree in the middle of the house! Would stay again.
