Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Apartment located in the neighborhood of Moratalaz of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, full kitchen and living room. The apartment was renovated recently for doors, paint, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. It has also air conditioning in all the rooms and living room. Ideal for groups of 6 people, with good connections to the city center. 250 meters is the Place of Meeting in which is located bus stops 20, 30 and 32 leading to downtown Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcala, Goya and Atocha in just over 20 minutes . The metro stop is a 10 minute walk. The apartment is in close stores where purchases of everyday life as well as a Carrefour Express supermarket 200 meters that opens 24/7 There is a wide pedestrian area near the building to enjoy a drink on the terraces and children to play. Front of the building to play basketball courts and other sports.

Ground floor loft for 2 people with a 150 x 200 cm double bed. It has a full bathroom, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and French press, toaster, kettle, and washing machine. It features central heating, Daikin air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and smart lighting. Access is via electronic lock; there is no elevator, and a clothesline is available. Children under 14 and babies are not permitted.

You'll enjoy a quiet, residential setting, just 3 minutes from the metro (line 9) with direct access to Retiro Park and 250 meters from bus line 20, which takes you to Puerta del Sol in about 30 minutes. Accommodating up to 4 guests, it has everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and well-connected stay in Madrid.

Apartment 25m away from the city center

Comfortable apartment just 15 minutes by metro from the Retiro Park. The metro and various bus lines are only 80 meters away. In case you come by car, you can park for free in the streets of the area. The area is calm and quiet with large green areas. There are several supermarkets (Mercadona, Ahorramas) in the area as well as all kinds of shops. Any questions you have do not hesitate to contact me before booking :)

Apartment in Moratalaz Area

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
