Absolute paradise! This place had everything we were dreaming of and more. Beautiful surroundings, amazing pool, incredible beaches around, super nice and discreet staff and three adorable dogs, which is definitely a plus point to feel at home! CJ went out of her way to help us settle and feel comfortable, it was truly a memorable stay, thank you for everything!!

Sadisha was a great host. He greeted us with coconuts, gave us recommendations and also a free ride to the silent beach (which by the way is only a 20 minute walk away) The space is clean, the rooms are large and there is also plenty of fans and AC. The kitchen is well equipped and he gave us a gallon of filtered drinking water. The outdoor shower is lovely. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends.

We were hosted by Rohan. It was one of the best experiences. Rohan is very-cooperative and extremely helpful. He helped us with grocery items and even helped us with Dinner at 2am. He ensured making us comfortable and helped with whatever he could. The place is also huge, pretty and recommended for a group of friends. There is also a beach access directly from the villa.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel dans une villa magnifique ! La vue imprenable sur l’océan est le véritable point fort. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, alliant élégance et confort. Le calme du lieu permet une vraie déconnexion, tout en profitant d’un cadre luxueux et de prestations de qualité. Mention spéciale à notre hôte, très sympathique et arrangeant, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Thank you to Shafeena, Sahal and the team at Buona Vista Heights for providing one of the best holiday experiences we’ve ever had. The property, staff, surroundings far exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional - we ate out a couple of times but quickly realised that the best food was cooked by Sahal and his team at home. We experienced delicious Sri Lankan cuisine including chilli fresh crab. Communication was excellent from the moment i booked the property which was very re-assuring having never visited Sri Lanka. All our excursions were arranged through Sahal, including a day trip to Yala National park - this made it so easy for us to make the most of our time in Sri Lanka. The property is so peaceful and a sanctuary but only a short tuk tuk trip to the hustle of Unawatuna shops, bars, restaurants and beach. We were a group of friends travelling from Australia, Uk and Dubai and we have all agreed that we will return. Thanks again to all at Buona Vista

Super schöne und luxuriöse Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung. Hosts wohnen nebenan, sind immer direkt erreichbar gewesen und sofort gekommen, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die gut funktionierende Waschmaschine gefreut. Lage nur 7 Minuten fußläufig vom wunderschönen Silent Beach entfernt. Viele Restaurants und ein paar kleine Läden für das nötigste in Laufnähe. Die Hosts haben uns aber auch selbst Essen zum Frühstück als auch Mittag- und Abendessen angeboten. Sonst ruhige Umgebung. Sehr süßer Hund wohnt auf dem Grundstück. Das einzige: man sollte kein Problem mit Insekten und Eidechsen haben, die durch das offene Design in das Haus kommen. Stören aber nicht wirklich, da alles so sauber und gepflegt war.

The Namaskara Villa is pure heaven! Large and clean with very comfortable king size bed. Two toilets, spacious bathroom with hot shower and stars above your head was absolute dream. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking, but we didn't cook at all, because we took advantage of possibility of having daily lunch and dinner from Malkanthí who is excellent chef! Malkanthí and Ruhunu took care of us not only with the dinners and lunches, they also did cleaning and shopping for us to keep our fridge full, because there is no supermarket nearby the villa. The garden is nice, full of wildlife and the ocean is just in front of the place. It is not so private as I expected, there were some fishermans nearby every day.

Die Unterkunft war definitiv die schönste unserer ganzen Reise. Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und wir fühlten uns unfassbar wohl! Morgens seinen Kaffee und Frühstück auf der wunderschönen Terasse zu trinken war ein Highlight. Die Gastgeberin und Mitarbeiterin waren sehr nett und haben uns beispielsweise von der Straße mit einem tuktuk abgeholt, als wir den Eingang nicht direkt gefunden haben. Wir konnten über die Unterkunft auch direkt super leicht Roller mieten und uns tuktuks in den nächsten Ort organisieren. In der Gegend gibt es leider bis auf ein paar Restaurants (die super sind) nicht so viel (keine richtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten), jedoch ist z.B der Jungle Beach nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und unfassbar schön!
