It is located on the SW corner of a large, very well-kept residential complex and consists of living/bedroom with balcony, separate kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom and living area have an exit to the balcony overlooking far over the city and the Münster to the Black Forest in the south as well as on green areas, forest and the lake in front of the house.

The ideal residential area for hikers, skiers and cyclists. The Kaiserstuhl/Tuniberg wine region also regularly offers beautiful wine festivals that can also be reached by public transport.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement.
