Our property is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. Many chickens, suckling cows, bees and our two Labrador girls Caro and Maya live with us and roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

The 63 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

We offer overnight accommodation for up to 6 people who are passing through or traveling on business (e.g. construction companies). In the 4-room apartment there are 2 rooms each with two beds and 2 single rooms. The apartment includes a kitchen area and a bathroom including shower. Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
