We stayed in Faistenau for 5 nights and had a great time! If you like hiking, you have a great selection of mountains right outside the door and Salzburg is also quick and easy to reach by bus. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The size of the space, including modern kitchen and extensive basic amenities, even exceeded our expectations. Even the coffee in the morning was already available. The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away and from there you can reach both Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg or Königssee even without a car in no time. Of course, you can also go hiking and walking in the area. A successful stay for us! Thanks!

The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and a super comfortable bed. The check-in process was seamless, and the host provided clear instructions, making everything hassle-free. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff/host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—small touches like complimentary snacks, a well-stocked minibar, and high-speed WiFi made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen. The accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, but at the same time the proximity to Salzburg. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was available and helpful at all times. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the apartments

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Fantastic surroundings and views. From the balcony you could see the whole valley. The apartment was superbly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything needed. A folder with information about the place helped further. The forest begins right behind the house. We were more than satisfied with our vacation at Oliver's. We'd love to come back soon
