Great place to stay! Very friendly host. The place was really clean and spacious and a great location for a weekend in Leeds catching up with friends and family. Very convenient bus route into Leeds about a minute from the house aswell. Highly recommended!!!

I had a lovely 4 night stay at Paul's. The property is private, peaceful, comfortable and very clean. The bed has a good quality mattress and duvet which for me always makes a big difference! The kitchen was well equipped for making meals but there are also some great restaurants close by giving you the option to eat out. Overall it's excellent value for money in a really nice part of Leeds. Paul is a great host and was really friendly, responsive and helpful.

We have stayed here twice and look forward to staying again if the flat is available. Terrific flat, well equipped, responsive and helpful host - a perfect Air BnB experience. Huge thanks
