Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by other quality homes, this recently refurbished home is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to Splash Town and local cafes. There is plenty of off street parking and also vehicle access to the fully enclosed backyard for a boat or caravan. A boat ramp, golf courses, beaches and jetties are all close by. Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

Gorgeous home literally stone throw from the coast. Loves the brightness and cleanliness of the place. Raya and family have put thought and their family touch to their beachhouse and it shows. My little one said she would love to come back again next year and bring her skates next time!

We loved our stay here!! Beautiful views down North Beach and a very quiet spot. A short walk down the dunes to the beach! We enjoyed a daily beach walk down to North Beach Kitchen for coffee and our kids loved the SUP board! House felt homely and spacious. Bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs worked well. Master bed mattress is very firm but my husband quite liked it. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to self cater. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great time at Carmelina's place. Great location, right next to the beach and the North Beach Cafe was outstanding. The place was neat and clean along with a great backyard. Highly recommend for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place! She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit—always happy to recommend great local restaurants and places to explore. The house was exactly as shown in the images—beautifully decorated, peaceful, and very relaxing. We absolutely loved the aesthetic touches that made the space feel so warm and inviting. Great location, clean and large rooms really close to the beach. Perfect for a short term stay. Only issue was the noise, these rooms are located directly above a formal function space so the music was very loud on just one of the nights (Saturday) when they were clearly hosting a function. The other nights were fine.
