House vacation rentals in Moody Beach, Maine

This was our second time staying at Ned‘s place. Just as Beautiful as it was several years ago. He keeps the property very well maintained and takes pride in making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for a pleasant stay. Felt right at home!!

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Susan was a truly wonderful host, so gracious, thoughtful and kind. Her home was perfect for my husband and 2 young boys. House was immaculately clean. Beds were super comfy, the 2nd floor rooms had plenty of space and my boys loved the bed nooks on the 3rd floor. We enjoyed the porch chairs at night. Beautiful beach was nearby, and Susan had all the beach items ready for us to enjoy. Lots of excellent dining options within a 5-10min drive and close to Ogunquit downtown. Susan left a book of local recommendations which included all the menus from local restaurants which we found helpful in deciding where to dine. Susan shared excellent recommendations on beaches and local activities and knows the area well. Location was perfect. We would love to come back, thank you so much Susan!

Jordanna’s place was beautiful and cozy! Perfect for a small family or girls trip up to 3 people. Place was spotless, lots to do in the area and will close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would go back anytime!

Angela’s place was wonderful! Very cozy, clean and comfortable, well stocked, close to downtown Portland. Snacks was a nice touch! Angela was very responsive. Hope to come back soon!

Kathi’s place was great! Super close to the Downtown Portland/Old Port area. Kathi was a great host, extremely responsive and genuinely nice, plus she even made my family and I some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! Her instructions were clear and she made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay again whenever we’re in the area!

Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community. We loved being able to walk up to the pool and play in the game room in the main clubhouse area. The house is a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and local beaches. It is a quick 30 minute drive up to Portland. Our daughter loved sleeping in the private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The space was immaculate when we arrived. Steve was responsive to any needs we had during our stay. A great find!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

Great stay for a girls weekend, lots of room for Everyone to sleep. The bonus game room was a great second living room for afternoon tv relaxing! Backyard was great had a little fire. Walkable distance to beach and other activities.

My stay at the Sandpiper was wonderful! Check in was easy and the unit was spotless and well-equipped with nice bed linens and towels. The Sandpiper is centrally located and walkable, being only an easy 0.8 of a mile from Dock Square (connected by sidewalks for the entire walk). When I had a question about the heating system, Nicole and Rob responded quickly and were very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Sandpiper next time I am visiting Kennebunkport!

Great space, perfect for our family trip. The home is close to everything, with plenty of parking. The host was very responsive.

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

Would definitely stay again. Stephen was a great host and was responsive to all our needs, even including a thoughtful welcoming package. The house was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers for our big group. Just FYI if you plan on cooking, bring your own spices. The house is a walk away to Perkins Cove but was still an oasis in the woods for tranquil sleep.

Steve's place was great for a perfect getaway. The location was hands down, the best place to stay in Ogunquit. Dedicated parking made all the difference. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It had a great outdoor space. My husband and I enjoyed playing games Cyndi had in the house. Very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We wish we could stay longer! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The home is so welcoming. I wish the price was a little more affordable but if you are going with other couples or another family it would be more affordable that way but we were celebrating Father's Day after a very rough year so we went for it. My husband had the best Father's Day with our daughters. Loved the area and lots to do. The host was so accommodating and pleasant. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Excellent experience from booking to check out. Kara was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and the house was extremely clean. The hot tub was a nice touch for the end of the day relaxation. Thanks for a great stay!

Our group of 8 adored this house — it is clean and nicely updated, amazingly situated just a two minute walk from everything downtown, and the beds were comfortable. The layout is wonderful with ample space for 8 guests. Bonus — we loved that the house was so fresh and clean without being overly fragranced with air fresheners etc. This made the stay extra comfortable for all of us. Aaron was a very responsive and proactive host. We have not one complaint and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, feeling completely at home from the moment of arrival. Thank you Aaron!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Heidi's home. She was an exemplary host from the beginning to the very end -- always responsive, flexible, and very helpful. She knew we were going to be arriving at nighttime, and that there would be construction going on nearby with exit closures. She took time to provide detailed instructions on how to get around those closures which alternated between two exists every night from 7pm-7am. This is their real home, so when you enter, you feel like you have entered your home away from home. Everything in the house is not just clean, but spotless. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings are just gorgeous -- especially the sunroom, which is like something out of a dream. We even saw some wild turkeys at a distance in the backyard! Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed at, this was by far the nicest and the most memorable. Thanks so much, Heidi and Dennis.

An outstanding place to stay. It’s even bigger than we thought from the pictures, with tones of nooks to enjoy. The sunroom at the front of the house catches the morning light and makes for an excellent place to relax while waking up. A sandy beach is just a short walk away. Karla was responsive and prompt when we needed her help. We’d love to come back to this captivating stay!
