The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom # 1 has a queen bed and bedroom # 2 has two twin beds. This unit comes with a complete kitchenette with a stovetop oven, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils included. Wifi and Cable are in each unit. Air conditioned in summer months.

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.

Private home on the beach with 360 degree views!

Overall, the Crab House was a great place to spend our week-long vacation. You can't beat the location. It's right on the beach with beautiful views of - and easy access to - the ocean. The house is VERY clean and has a lovely, fresh smell to it. I'm very particular when it comes to cleanliness and often have to spend the first day of our vacations cleaning our rental. But not here!! It's nice and well-appointed, but comfortable/modest enough where I wouldn't have worried about having my grandchildren there. One thing that wasn't problematic for us, but might be for others: The master bedroom suite/top level is visually private, but doesn't have a door to it. So, you can hear everyone on the main level (and they can hear you). It also results in the master bedroom being warmer than the other levels. Our friends staying in the lower-level bedroom were cold and wanted the heat on, but that prevented us from using the A/C. Opening the master suite windows fixed that problem for us.

Very comfortable clean cottage. Everything you could possibly need. The resort is great pools, hot tubs , clubhouse, pickle ball courts . Close to plenty of restaurants & activity. The steakhouse close . We had an amazing dinner at Angelina’s Italian restaurant . We would visit again in the future. Highly recommend.

Jillian's beach house was absolutely perfect in so many ways. It was easy to find, and living there was a breeze! We had everything we needed, and more. The beach is just a stone's throw away! When we arrived, we were delighted that we could boogie board (and we didn't even need wetsuits!). Oh, yes! A one-day warming of the surface of the water at the beginning of June allowed that. Hahaha! We had our bikes, which was great as it meant we could cycle straight from our location along the ocean as well as into Ogunkit town. We used the BBQ a few times and cooked inside one evening because of the rain. Everything worked well, which was great! The absolute best thing was eating at the table right off the beach.

We had a very nice stay here! The location is great, especially if you want to visit the adjacent towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunk or farther out like Portland. The owners replied to all questions quickly, which was very helpful! One thing to note is that the road leading up to the house had many potholes. Make sure to drive slowly when you get to this dirt road, particularly if you have a low car.

It was a great experience to stay here. The space was a perfect size for a couple looking to get away. The space was clean and only a 10 second walk from a private beach. Our host was fantastic. She checked in to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with travel sized bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

Julie's place was fabulous -- beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It was also really well located -- right off the Ogunquit trolley and a block from two restaurants. The yard and patio were really lovely. Julie was super easy to communicate with and it was just a really wonderful stay. Thanks, Julie!
