The newly-renovated, newly furnished condo is located right in the center of everything that beautiful Ogunquit has to offer. Just a five minute walk to the beach and even closer to Ogunquit's landmark restaurants and bars, this is the most desirable location to stay in Ogunquit. Enjoy free on-site parking, a BBQ and on-site pool access. I am an artist, whose first professional gig was at the Ogunquit Playhouse just up the street, and appreciate your rental as a way to support local artists.

Our tiny cabins on Moody beach provide time close to the ocean in peace and quiet. Moody beach is unique in that it is private..it allows for peace and harmony with nature and the sea. There are shared space with chairs, picnic tables, two grills, and outdoor showers. A walk south by beach takes you to Ogunquit and it is an easy drive to Wells and Kennebunkport. Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

Tiny cottage that is a bed on the beach. Unbelievable location, directly on the ocean. Free standing small studio condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed allows you to listen to the waves crashing right outside the door.
