We had a wonderful experience with Greg. The condo was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, everything except warm weather! The ocean views from both the balcony and the primary bedroom were nice. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Short Sands Beach and within easy walking distance to all the fun in downtown York. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summertime!

The property is excellent. I would recommend going before Labor Day as a lot of local businesses including the amusement park shut down for the season. Unless traveling out of town you don’t need a vehicle to get around, you’re right off the beach and at the end of Main Street, everything is within walking distance. Yingqiao was very responsive and always got back to my messages within the hour. The condo is plenty big for a large party and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need and quite large. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is also a new washer and dryer so you don’t need to overpack you can wash your clothes. The large outdoor balcony where you have views of pretty much the entire Main Street was amazing. Did not know that there would be great views like that. I highly recommend this property and we will most likely be coming back earlier in the season and checking out anything we missed. A+

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the best time. The condo is in the most perfect location right near the beach and the cute town. Our boys loved that we could walk right outside and be able to walk the town and go right to the beach. The condo is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the water. It was so easy to take our boys to the beach being so close. We especially loved enjoying the sunset at night and walking the beach. The pool was also very nice and great for the kids. I can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you Stephen and. Pauline you are a blessing to us! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Cute, quiet condo within walking distance of everything! 2 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to downtown/restaurants. And two bodegas right across the street.

Alice’s condo in Old Orchard Beach is exactly as advertised. It was in sparkling condition when we arrived, it’s a very short walk to the beach (when we were able to tear the kids away from the pool!), and it is the perfect distance from the center of town: close enough to walk, but far enough away to enjoy some privacy and distance from the crowds. We even managed to squeeze in a quick workout in the small gym. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much, Alice!

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Check in is super simple and quick with friendly front desk staff. The condo has an open concept kitchen/living room which allows continuous interaction with family. 2 full bathrooms were more than enough to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Both bedrooms were very accommodating for all of us. You will have your own parking spot the entire length of your stay, a 2nd car will have to park in a separate lot about a block away from the actual condo. Everything you could need is in walking distance unless you want to travel outside of old orchard, you won’t need to touch your car. The best part for us with young children was how close the beach was this was a MUST for us and it was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We would definitely come back if you would have us again.

The townhouse complex is really nice, has a pool and it's a short walk to the beach. The space is comfortable, the balcony is nice, the kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need. We had a very relaxing stay! It's really quiet and relaxing after a beach day or exploring nearby Portland. (if you're sensitive to noise - there's train that goes by a few times a day that you'll likely hear)

Very comfortable and lovely 2BR unit with a nice deck and a good amount of natural lighting thru windows. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and easily walkable. We used the great kitchen quite a bit. Modern appliances. Tastefully decorated. Nice collection of board games and books that the kids appreciated. Very lovely and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Tom and Vicky’s place is lovely! They went out of their way to provide breakfast basics and instructions on how to use everything! The beds were very comfortable and the cottage feels like a home. We were treated to fresh brownies upon arrival to kick off our cozy New England girls trip! The surrounding towns have many restaurants and shops for exploring! I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Every room in the house is impeccably decorated, clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. We were surprised by all of the extra thoughtful touches, like yoga mats/blocks in the mini-gym and Keurig pods in the kitchen for morning coffee. In addition, Todd was a a great host. His communications were very clear and we didn't need any additional contact to have a seamless vacation from check-in to check-out. We would definitely recommend this home and the town of Kittery itself, which has its own vibe and wonderful restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time in Wells! An absolutely beautiful home with every amenity! Sharon was responsive, kind, and flexible with our stay. We enjoyed cooking and watching the Super Bowl in the amazing home theater! Do not miss out on this fantastic listing!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Debbie's cabin - the place felt very homey and comfortable and the hosts were very communicative. The layout of the cabin is super cool too, especially if you have kids who need a separate play area, but you still want to keep an eye on them! We also really loved the deck and living area to hang around in. There were a ton of board games, vinyls, video tapes, and more to keep us entertained, and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. It's close enough to the town of Kennebunkport, which makes for a great day trip, but also perfectly nice to just hang around at and spend all day relaxing! The one slight consideration for people with mobility issues is that the firepit is placed on a spot of land that is quite inclined - it wasn't a problem for us, but worth noting. We absolutely loved our stay, and can't wait to visit again in the summer.

This was by far one of the best places we have ever rented (and we’ve rented a ton! ). It is perfect in every way. She has literally thought of everything. There is a sauna, massage chair home gym with mats, water, free weights, Peloton bike, and other items you might use for a workout. There are robes, slippers and towels for the sauna and hot tub. SUPER dog friendly-including fenced in yard , bowls etc. I couldn’t recommend this little house enough!

This was our group's second stay at this property. There is a lot of space and so many activities right on site to choose from. Our group is large, and it's an adult getaway with lifelong friends. We are looking to spend time together playing games, catching up, and enjoying meals and a few beverages together. The property provides us plenty of space and built in activities to do so, such as: multiple TVs, pool table, shuffle board table, retro arcade system upstairs, puzzles and board games to choose from, and hot tub. The kitchen is beautiful and clean and gives you plenty of prep space with a seating at the island, a kitchen table, and a dining room table in the next room over. The host was highly communicative and accommodating. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
