In the very center of La ROSIERE, Residence Le Belvedere, next to ski lifts (the closest one is 150m walk and Rocher Noir is 450m walk), return on ski. Newly renovated (December 2024 by my partner and me ) duplex of almost 40 m² with very cosy and design touch, incredible views. It is south/west facing & provides breathtaking sunsets. Located next to shops and restaurants. Only 30 metres aways is: ski shop Intersport, bakery & cheese shop. No car needed during your stay. Ideal for 4-5 people.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

You have a large space to rest after an active day or simply enjoy the setting, but be careful not to bump your head on the beam (1.70 m) Parking is available along the road and access to the house is via a 70 m steep path. The view and the calm will certainly rejuvenate you! 15 minutes from Bourg Saint Maurice, 10 minutes from La Rosière. Close to Italy and the Vanoise National Park. Great for hikers and cyclists.
