Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

For rent, 45 m² accommodation including a bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a living room and a shower room with toilet. Occupancy is 4 beds. The refurbished accommodation is located in a 16th and 17th century mansion, in a private, quiet subdivision, overlooking a wooded park. 2 LIONS de TOURS district, you will be 15 minutes by tram from the center of Tours (tram stop 300 meters away). Outdoor area with table and chairs to enjoy the sweetness of Tours.
