Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Montrose County

The views from the home are amazing. We enjoyed just cozying up in the living room and enjoying the views. The home is well appointed, comfortable and very clean. If you visit, be sure to take in Crawford State Park (coming from the house, go left onto Black Canyon Rd). There is a great and easy 5 mile walk you can do, starting at the Indian Fire Nature Trail. The North Fork Boardwalk was a cute stop for lunch too!

Had a couple of unexpected hiccups with the stay but the property host was extremely responsive and accommodating in problem shooting said hiccups. Lovely decor and the park across the street was great for the kids.

Perfect for access to all of Main and beyond by foot. House is as described. The master bed is very comfortable. Stairs are steep but not an issue for us. Kitchen seems well stocked; however, didn't use. Fridge worked well, bought a bag of ice. Didn't use TV much so not sure what they had except Youtube and IHeart for music. Front and back porches were nice, very quiet street with great parking out front during our stay. Looks good for families as well. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay with easy access to everything in the surrounding area for Montrose

Great location next to downtown and the hospital. A lot of room in the three bedrooms, two baths. Full kitchen and backyard! One tv in the living room. The location is through an alley street. Communication was excellent!

Great location. Visted MOAB and Telluride from this location. Will stay here again when we come out to visit friends.

Jason is a great host, super responsive, friendly, and helpful with all our questions prior to our arrival. The unit is really clean and well equipped and has that modern chic feel, especially that balcony on the second floor where we would enjoy our coffee at every morning. We will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to go skiing at Telluride but don't want to break the bank and still get to enjoy the peacefulness out of a cute mountain town.

Comfortable, peaceful, and beautiful. In addition to having everything we needed as on the listing there were lots of thoughtful little touches too like a nightlight in the bathroom, lots of towel racks, Kleenex, and bedside water glass. Hummingbirds outside our door in the flowers every day, watching chickens do their thing, and visits from sweet kitty Shadow made it extra special.

Clean and tidy! Well maintained! Had everything we needed except coffee filters but that was a minor inconvenience. Would stay again without hesitation!

This is one of our favorite stays ever. Tori's loft is sunny, charming, comfortable, and well appointed (without being cluttered). The beds are excellent and the kitchen is very functional! The little patio is relaxing in the afternoons and we love the creek running behind. Our high energy dog loves it here too as we've been able to throw the ball for him out in their hayfield and wear him out, then let him take a dip in the water. We love it so much here that we've stayed 2 months and will look forward to our next visit.

Place was quiet and clean, had everything you need. We loved that the door is code locked so doesn’t matter what time you arrive. Internet speed was great. Fridge didn’t stay very cold so don’t plan on keeping food in there, but worked decent for water/drinks. Host was responsive and kind.

Beautiful rental, will gladly stay again and recommend to friends and family. David is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the local area and attractions. I would highly recommend this rental and will be back.

It was a great price, family lived 3 mins away. It was clean, spacious, and very quiet. Also close to downtown.
