Vacation rentals with a patio in Montrose County

This is one of our favorite stays ever. Tori's loft is sunny, charming, comfortable, and well appointed (without being cluttered). The beds are excellent and the kitchen is very functional! The little patio is relaxing in the afternoons and we love the creek running behind. Our high energy dog loves it here too as we've been able to throw the ball for him out in their hayfield and wear him out, then let him take a dip in the water. We love it so much here that we've stayed 2 months and will look forward to our next visit.

Best location! You are literally in the middle of everything. You couldn’t get a better Airbnb in Montrose!

Shaves off the cost of being close to Ouray. Really nice being on second floor with sitting on the deck in the cool morning. Mattress is very firm. Fridge and microwave help keep eating costs down.

this little studio was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. It was a 5-minute walk from town.

Norm was very welcoming and always available to meet any needs we had. He was very personable and has a lot of knowledge of the area. Super host! We loved our stay and would come again. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing There is a wonderful large yard with an outside grill and seating. I would highly recommend this home away from home !

My colleagues and I stayed at Emily’s place in Montrose, Colorado for a conference, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was quiet, well-stocked, and conveniently located close to everything we needed. Emily was an amazing host—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely rent this place again when visiting the Western Slope, especially with my family!

I had an amazing stay at Ashley's property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic for us to cover Ourey and Telluride. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions for check-in. Great place to stay with easy access to everything in the surrounding area for Montrose

We had a great stay. Everything was as expected and presented in the description. Easy access and close to town. Hosts were responsive to questions and reached out several times during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed here while visiting Montrose and Black Canyon of the Gunnison. great location, and house was roomy enough for the 4 of us.

The Hostel was easy to find, parking was free, and inside was cozy! Telluride and ouray were easily accessible, and we were happy staying in and playing games! The TV’s in the rooms have Spotify and Netflix, the essentials! Tom, the man who maintains the unit was extremely friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again, it was awesome!

Great place to stay in a great downtown Ridgway walkable location. Central and close to Ouray and Telluride. Very clean and peaceful. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. Great place to relax and get some rest after outdoor activities all day.
