Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

A beautifully renovated semi-detached farmhouse in the tranquil hamlet of Le Lavanchy between Montriond and Lac de Montriond, 3.6km. from the centre of Morzine, and less than 5km from the Ardent ski lift taking you to the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. Le refuge is a comfortable blend of old and new, with traditional Savoyard workmanship sitting alongside Nordic-inspired interiors & decoration. It comfortably accommodates 6 people with all 3 double bedrooms having ensuite facilities

Located next to a SPA, behind the Carrefour Montagne, 5 minutes' walk from the ski slopes, this 30 m2 nest, quiet, south-facing, has an entrance/ski room, a small bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed, nightstand, wardrobe, a kitchen with dishwashers, washer-dryer, combo microwave oven, Nespresso machine, a living room with sofa, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and Orange, a southwest balcony.

I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

We rent our cottage with all amenities and games for kids dvd, various games (lego playmobil barbies sylvania books monopoly trivial pursuit...) There is a terrace where you can eat, a BBQ, a ping-pong table We offer waste sorting with 1 bin for plastics, 1 bin for glass, 1 compost. We don't accept pets in winter because it's too much maintenance (dirt due to snow) We lend out sleds and snowshoes.⛄️

In a small contemporary building, perched on the heights of Montreux (Territet district), about ten minutes' walk from transport (bus, train and pier), 80 M2 apartment, 2 and a half rooms (bedroom, large living room and integrated kitchen), southwest facing Lake Geneva. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.

Azobé is a spacious chalet offering a well thought-out design, located in a quiet area of Montriond. Conveniently located near several ski lifts and the Montriond lake, this 199sqm property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Surely the fireplace, the fully-equipped kitchen, the sauna, the hot tub, the private garden and last but not least the great views will be much appreciated.

A house directly on the lake with your feet in the water. You can watch the children at the beach from your balcony without a road to cross. A private jacuzzi with a direct lake view! The first ski resorts are 20 minutes away. Departures for hiking trails to Bernex or Dent de Doche are across the street. And in summer, the lake and its festivities await you...

Morzine Mountain Paradise, with wonderful hotub

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.
