A beautifully renovated semi-detached farmhouse in the tranquil hamlet of Le Lavanchy between Montriond and Lac de Montriond, 3.6km. from the centre of Morzine, and less than 5km from the Ardent ski lift taking you to the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area. Le refuge is a comfortable blend of old and new, with traditional Savoyard workmanship sitting alongside Nordic-inspired interiors & decoration. Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor of our chalet, south-facing, huge view of the Aulps Valley and the mountains. Very quiet area with meadows, old traditional barns. A 4-minute walk to the bus stop serving Lake Montriond and the Avoriaz ski lifts. Ideal place to stay in the mountains, quiet, but close to the activities of the resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets.
