2 nights on weekdays near Beauval Zoo. Damien was not present on site but the exchanges were smooth and quick. The small house is exactly as described in the listing and the pool is a real plus. Please note, the staircase to access the bedroom is very steep and I do not recommend it for people with mobility difficulties. Note the possibility of sleeping on the ground floor if necessary, with a sofa bed.

Just a brief stop for us en route to the Uk. I’d highly recommend staying here. The cottage is beautifully presented and the little extras have all been thought about such as coffee / tea / kitchen roll / hand soap / loo roll etc etc. The hosts clearly care and the place is stylish and comfortable. Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Philippe responded quickly to my questions before we arrived, gave clear instructions and his place was easy to find. The private parking and laundry facilities were much appreciated and the garden setting was lovely. He and his wife were usually around to make sure everything was working for us and he made a reservation for us at a recommended local restaurant, which was a great experience. It was very hot while we were there for the walk into town across the bridge, but there is a local bus, with the stop right near the apartment. We stayed for a week and found Amboise to be a good base for visiting this part of the Loire Valley. We would certainly recommend Philippe's place and would stay there again ourselves if we were ever back in the area.

Very nice apartment ideally located for those who like the old district of Tours and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Difficult access by car (pedestrian access) and complicated parking because of the historic center of Tours, but I think this accommodation also offers a parking space which is ideal. In short, a very nice location and impeccable, atypical and very pleasant accommodation

Very good place. The apartment is in the city center, you can get everywhere on foot. 2 minutes from the banks of the Loire that can be done by bike or on foot. 3-minute walk to the historic center and castle. Parking in front and nearby. Inside everything is as described, the terrace is a real plus with a beautiful honeysuckle that smells good. In short, a great place

Hello Marine We had a very comfortable stay in your beautiful apartment. The garden is pretty and kept us cool during the hot summer days. We had a lovely stay visiting the Loire castles and Beauval Zoo. The studio was well located for our various visits and the neighborhood was very quiet. The studio was consistent with the photos and description and very clean. The air conditioning was very nice with the heat during our stay. Laurence was very kind and available to respond to messages.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!
