Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Montreuil

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Tarik welcomed us with incredible warmth and a personal tour of the entire home, showing us each room and every amenity. His home is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and spotless. What truly sets Tarik apart is his hospitality and communication. He is the definition of a Superhost. Unser 10 Tage langer Aufenthalt im Haus von Emilie war absolut fantastisch. Meine Freundin und mein Hund hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und Garten für Homeoffice arbeiten, zum spielen und chillen. Während ich mich nach langen Arbeitstagen umgehend wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Bis ins Zentrum dauert es etwas mehr als 1h mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Gegend ist ruhig, Emilie hat sich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt unkompliziert zu gestalten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much, Raphäel, for sharing your lovely home with us travellers :) We felt at home and would certainly repeat our stay!

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu übernachten, und es war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Allan war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich geholfen. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Appartement spacieux (salon-salle à manger, chambre), et calme (donnant sur la cour intérieure). Accès aisé et autonome, large plage horaire pour l'arrivée et le départ. Et c'est un "vrai" appartementhabité et luoé par son propriétaire, pas une location impersonnelle, ce qui, pour nous, est un plus. communication facile avec Carine, notre hôte.

Lovely apartment in great location. Nadav’s place has a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and the Paris skyline. The flat is immaculately designed and contains some really lovely art, ceramics, etc. It’s really cosy, is equipped to the highest standard and has a useful workspace. The 2nd Arrondissement is a cool place to stay, close to the central tourist attractions but with a great vibe of its own. Nadav was a splendid host, keeping in touch in the run-up to our stay and very responsive to the few questions we had. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking a modern, chic place in a super district of Paris.

Communication ahead of our stay was clear and helpful, check-in was also easy and right on time. The apartment is clean, it had everything we needed and it’s in a great area. The hosts were also accommodating and kind.

We loved our stay at Corinne's home! Its central location was incredibly convenient, putting us within walking distance of multiple metro and bus stops. Her apartment had all the necessary amenities. I’d highly recommend it and can't wait to stay again!

Nous avons passée un séjour agréable entre copains dans une maison qui correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Les espaces et les chambres étaient super pour accueillir nos familles et nos 4 enfants. Les hôtes sont très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

Tous les occupants ont été plus que ravis, chacun son espace tout en étant proche des autres, une pièce commune suffisamment grande et conviviale. une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Cette maison dégage une ambiance chaleureuse qui enchante les grands comme les petits grâce à l'espace extérieur. je recommande vivement

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
