Apartment of 2 rooms (35 m ²) without opposite all equipped and very luminous, having in more a beautiful terrace of 15m ², ideal for couple or teleworker. Located less than 10 minutes by foot and 4 minutes by bus from the "Mairie de Montreuil" (line 9). The line 9 takes you in 10mn to Paris (Nation) and in 15 mn of its center (place de la République). A bus station is located at the foot of the building. The Beaumonts park is accessible in 5mn by foot and the Vincennes park in 20mn by bike.
