Our house is located 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Free parking nearby. You have 145 m2 and 2 outdoor areas: a terrace with a view and a cool patio. On the ground floor: suite with office, shower room and toilet. On level 1, well equipped kitchen, bright dining room and spacious living room. On the 2nd floor two bedrooms and their bathroom-WC. All design and comfortable. The house is equipped with air conditioning that covers the living rooms and the upstairs bedrooms.
