Naturellement frais et équipé d'une climatisation 2 grandes chambres - salon - cuisine équipée - salle de bain (douche à l'italienne) double vasques et WC indépendant. Literie haute qualité (180 X 200) Table et bancs pour déjeuner à l'extérieur. Piscine et grand pool house. Terrain de boules, badminton, ping-pong. Les bois et pâtures du domaine. TV connectée, WIFI, BBQ.

Large quiet studio with terrace

Studio de 32m2 avec grande terrasse, il se trouve dans l'enceinte du beau village de Vianne, au calme et à deux pas des commerces. La nouvelle piste cyclable est toute proche. Des places de stationnement gratuites sont à 1 min de marche. Depuis la chambre vous aurez une vue sur la rivière Baïse et les péniches, et depuis la terrasse une vue sur le jardin. L'accès au studio se fait par une porte au fond de notre jardin (coffre à clés). Draps, serviettes de bain et linge de maison fournis 🙂

Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
